Why We Do What We Do!
WildThings is dedicated to raising awareness so that people understand why the problem originated and the best way solve it. When an animal problem develops in most cases the invading animal is not to blame. For example an uncapped chimney becomes a nesting site for a family of raccoons because of its resemblance to a hollow tree.
In this case the chimney was to enticing for the raccoon to pass up but a simple chimney cap solves the problem. The same goes for roofs, decks, sheds, porches etc. WildThings believe that the area the animal chose to live is the problem not the animal. We don’t trap and relocate because traps are not animal specific. They also only catch one animal out of a possible five or more. And in the spring and summer months most animals have young that depend on there mother for survival. This is why we don’t trap and relocate it’s not necessary.
